Constance Wu is the Golden Globe Award–nominated star of Crazy Rich Asians. Her breakthrough role was starring as Jessica Huang in the television comedy Fresh Off the Boat. She has been nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award, two Television Critics Association Awards, and four Critics Choice Awards. Time magazine has honored her as one of the 100 Most Influential People of the Year.

Beth Newell is the creator of the satirical women’s magazine Reductress. She coauthored the books There’s No Manual and How to Win at Feminism. Her work has been featured in The Onion, McSweeney’s, and The New Yorker. She hosted the podcast We Knows Parenting on iHeartRadio. Newell was named by Rolling Stone as one of the “50 Funniest People Right Now" and as one of Time magazine’s "23 People Who Are Changing What's Funny Right Now." She gave birth to her daughter in the backseat of a Honda Fit.
