Marian Rojas-Estapé holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra. She works as a psychiatrist in Madrid at the Instituto Rojas-Estapé.
Her focus is primarily on treating individuals with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, behavioral disorders, family therapy, somatic disorders, and trauma.
She has participated in various international cooperation and volunteer projects. She is committed to preventing abuse and sexual trafficking, a cause she began supporting through AFESIP Cambodia in Southeast Asia, where she also provides therapy to victims of rape and prostitution.
Since June 2023, she has served as an ambassador for Manos Unidas, supporting a project fighting child trafficking on the Thailand-Cambodia border.
Since 2007, she has been giving lectures in Spain and internationally on topics such as neuroscience, stress, personality, depression, parenting, the mind-body connection, and the digital world.
She is a regular contributor to various media outlets, including television, radio (La Ser, COPE), and print publications.
In 2018, she launched a project called ilussio, focused on emotions, motivation, and happiness in the workplace. This initiative helps teams manage emotional aspects and integrate the mind and emotions in their professional environments.
In 2018, she published her first book, How to Make Good Things Happen to You, with Espasa Publishing, exploring the brain, emotions, and inner balance. It is the best-selling Spanish-language essay of the 21st century.
In August 2021, she released her second book, Find Your Vitamin Person. Both books have been translated into 20 languages and are available in over 40 countries.
She recently published her third book, Reclaim Your Mind, Reclaim Your Life, which addresses issues such as screen addiction, dopamine, and attention.
