Cutting Edge Concerts New Music Festival launches its 2025 spring season with JACK Quartet. JACK, praised for its “eye-opening and exhilarating concerts” (The New York Times), is a two-time GRAMMY®-Award nominated ensemble that has performed around the world to critical acclaim. Their program features music by ground-breaking 20th century composers including Pierre Boulez, John Cage and Philip Glass.

Cutting Edge Concerts New Music Festival continues its 2025 season at Symphony Space with Rudersdal Chamber Players from Denmark on April 16 and pianist Min Kwon on May 28.

The composer and conductor Victoria Bond founded Cutting Edge Concerts New Music Festival in 1998, inspired by Pierre Boulez's contemporary music series, "Perspective Encounters." Cutting Edge Concerts has presented over 300 new works over the decades. Each program highlights the music of living composers, who join host Victoria Bond on stage to discuss their work.
