Description
Selected Shorts honors the vibrant tradition of short fiction published by The New Yorker, which this month celebrates its hundredth anniversary. This special evening, hosted by the magazine’s longtime editor, Deborah Treisman, features a talented ensemble of actors, including Ann Harada (Schmigadoon!), Fred Hechinger (Gladiator II), Cynthia Nixon (The Gilded Age), and Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan), who will bring to life a selection of iconic stories from the magazine’s century-long history. Each reading is taken from "A Century of Fiction in The New Yorker," a newly published anthology that will be available for purchase at the event.
